Introduction 

- While some people enjoy [living in a block of flats], others prefer [to live in small houses/ private houses]. (, others think that it is better [to live in a private house])

- It is popularly believed that [living in a block of flats] is very beneficial. However, there are people who are against this point of view.

- Although [living in a block of flats] is considered to be very beneficial, there are people who oppose this point of view.

Conclusion

- To sum up, [living in a modern flat] has both advantages and disadvantages. I believe that sometimes the pros outweigh the cons and, other times, visa versa.
